ClearWorld International Callback Service provides
basic callback access to international long distance services, using US
lines. This means, a customer residing outside the United States
is able to utilize the service by dialing an assigned access phoner number
(also referred to as a APN) which rings in the USA. The customer
hangs up after 1 ring, and the system calls the customer back within seconds,
bypassing the local telephone company.
